At Up & Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your peak performance. If your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
